Reports that make a difference
CharityJob is the UK’s leading charity-focused recruitment platform, helping people find purpose-driven roles and enabling organisations to build stronger, more diverse teams. Their mission is simple but powerful: to make recruitment fairer, more transparent, and more human across the charity sector.
Our partnership with CharityJob began in 2023, following a personal recommendation. Since then, we’ve worked closely with their research and marketing teams to design reports and guides that do more than share data — they tell stories, spark conversations, and inspire positive change across the sector.
Together, we’ve created a range of insightful publications, including:
• Annual Salary Report & Presentation – the go-to benchmarking tool that helps charities understand and improve pay transparency
• AI Recruitment Guide – exploring how artificial intelligence can be used responsibly to create fairer, more inclusive recruitment practices
• Inclusive Recruitment Guide – practical advice to help organisations open their doors wider and make every applicant feel valued
• Fundraising Research Report – uncovering the realities of fundraising roles and offering ideas for retaining talented staff
“We’ve worked with Jen and Jon for several years now on the design of reports, webinars and marketing collateral - and they continue to be a pleasure to partner with.
They’re flexible and reliable, always delivering high quality design work at pace. They’ve taken the time to understand our brand, which means their work feels aligned and thoughtful.
Beyond the quality of their work, they’re lovely to collaborate with - friendly, responsive and always open to feedback. High recommend!”
Beyond these flagship reports, we’ve helped CharityJob strengthen their visual identity — refining presentation decks, rate cards, flyers and templates so their communications feel as inspiring and credible as the work they do.
It’s been a creative partnership built on shared values: designing with empathy, telling stories that matter, and helping the charity sector grow stronger through better recruitment.
